We are just a few months away from the next Marvel film – Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. This will be the sequel to the 2018 film Black Panther and will include many familiar faces such as T’Challa’s younger sister Shuri (Letitia Wright), the Dora Milaje’s Okoye (Danai Gurira), and skilled spy Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o).
Chadwick Boseman tragically passed away in 2020, and Marvel has confirmed that they will not be recasting the role of T’Challa. Instead, the film will honor his memory, and follow the kingdom of Wakanda as they fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers.
If you would like to know when tickets for the next Marvel film will go on sale, then we’ve rounded up everything we know for US and UK readers. You can also take a look at our full guide for Marvel Phase Four.
When do Black Panther: Wakanda Forever tickets go on sale?
No on-sale date has been confirmed for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever tickets.
However, we can predict when they may go on sale. The past two Marvel films – Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and Thor: Ragnarok – had tickets go on sale around three to four weeks before they hit cinemas.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is currently scheduled to release in cinemas on 11 November 2022. Therefore, we expect that tickets will go on sale around the second or third week of October.
If you want to keep an eye on when they hit shelves, it is worth turning on notifications for Marvel’s Twitter account and signing up for notifications from your local cinema chain.

Will Black Panther: Wakanda Forever release on Disney+ or VOD?
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will eventually be available to stream on Disney+, but there will be a wait for it. The last MCU film to hit the streaming platform – Doctor Strange in the Multiverse Madness – took around a month and a half before it was available to stream, and other MCU movies before that took around a couple of months.
Therefore, Black Panther 2 should hit Disney+ either around Christmas time, or in early 2023.
