BT Sport has exclusive rights to the Champions League in the UK, so you’ll need an active subscription in order to start watching.
Check out all the deals on BT Sport on TV, including if you just want access via the app. If you want access to BT Sport via your existing Sky box, you can easily do so by updating your viewing card. Prices currently start at £10 per month with £29.99 upfront.

Can I watch the Champions League for free?
Unfortunately not, as ITV lost rights to show the Champions League on free-to-air in 2015. However, there are rumours that the broadcaster is in talks to get some live coverage from the 2021-22 season onwards.
In the meantime, though, you’ll have to be content with a weekly highlights programme on ITV. The best moments from the games will also be available on the BT Sport YouTube channel shortly after full time.
How to watch the Champions League final abroad
BT Sport is usually geo-restricted, which means you can only officially stream the games if you’re based in the UK.
However, if you are a paying BT Sport or Virgin Media subscriber, you can get around this with a VPN. This will allow you to still appear as if you’re in the UK and retain access to channels, and it’s completely legal.
Nord VPN is one of our top recommendations, but you can check out our best VPN chart, which shows you some of the best services for accessing UK content from abroad.
