Amazon routinely discounts its line of Alexa-powered Echo smart speakers, and now is a great time to buy as it launches its annual Prime Day sale. Officially running 12-13 July 2022, the deals are well underway.

When will Echo speakers next be discounted?
It’s basically guaranteed that Amazon will discount its Echo speakers over Prime Day, Amazon’s major sales event which promises discounts on thousands of products for those with a Prime membership. In 2022 this is held on 12-13 July, but the deals have already begun.
Aside from Prime Day, Amazon holds a number of official sales throughout the year, during which time Echo speakers are among the top-discounted products. So deciding whether to buy now or wait a few weeks is usually pretty straightforward.
Black Friday is another key period to look for discounts on the Echo range. This year, the day lands on 25 November, but if sales trends from past years continue, discounts are sure to start as early as late October.
