The Black Friday sales season is here! The best deals are often not on Amazon. The prices shown below are the best available now, though you may need to buy quickly as some deals will sell out.
Laptops have been one of the most sought-after tech products of 2020, particularly with millions in the UK forced to work from home for many months. With demand remaining high as we approach Black Friday, Huawei has launched a huge laptop sale of its own.
Among the highlights is the excellent MateBook 13, with the Ryzen 5 version with 8GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD available for just £499.99 until 1 December. That’s a saving of £200 on the RRP, and a frankly ludicrous price for a laptop this good.

For more storage, the 512GB variant is available for £599.99, down from its usual £749.99. It’s great to see such steep discounts on a device that was only released a few months ago.
However, you’ll want to head to Amazon for the best deal on the brilliant MateBook D 14, a mainstay of our best laptop chart. A Ryzen 5 variant with 8GB RAM and a 256GB SSD is available for £489.99, and it’s a model you can’t buy directly from Huawei. The company’s offerings start at £549.99 (£100 off) for 512GB storage, or step up to a Ryzen 7 processor for £599.99 (£150 off).
The biggest discount of the lot can be found on the high-end MateBook X Pro 2020. This one comes with an Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM and a huge 1TB SSD for just £1,249.99. That’s a huge saving of £450 off its £1699.99 asking price. The deal’s sweetened here with the inclusion of a free leather case, which would set you back £94.99 if bought separately.
