Xiaomi looks set to continue its relentless smartphone release schedule with the launch of the Mi 10T series. The Chinese company is renowned for its high quality, low-cost handsets, and nothing is set to change with its next release.
The Mi 10T series is expected to be comprised of regular and Pro models, while there may even be a third Lite version.
The standard Mi 10T is set to be priced between £200-300, which is roughly in line with the £289.99 that you had to pay for last year’s Mi 9T. The Mi 10T Pro may cost as much as £615, but in exchange, you’d get a whopping 108Mp main camera (compared to 64Mp on the regular model), 5000mAh battery and 144Hz refresh rate.
We’re also expecting the Pro to come running a Snapdragon 865 or 865+ processor, with the regular likely to step down to the 7-series. Both are expected to have 5G support and near bezel-less displays with a tiny punch-hole camera.

Xiaomi regularly releases phones in its native China before the rest of the world, but the timing of the launch event suggests it will come to European markets soon.
When is the Mi 10T live stream?
Xiaomi will launch the Mi 10T series in its native China on 30 September 2020. Unlike some of the company’s previous launches, the presentation will also cater to a European audience – it takes place at 1pm UK time.
Interestingly, that’s the same date as Google’s Pixel 5 is expected to be launched, making it a busy day for smartphone launches.
